Goods Protection Limited is a not-for-profit organisation, designed to help members of the public who find themselves in financial difficulty and who are at risk of having their domestic assets seized by a bailiff in order to pay a debt.
If you are under threat in this way, or feel that Bailiff intervention is a possibility, it is important to take action and protect your goods before a Bailiff visits your home with an order to seize your goods.
If a Bailiff has already gained access to your home, then the Bailiff has the right of entry on any subsequent occasion and the Bailiff can even force his way into your property. Goods Protection Ltd will not be able to help you at this stage, so early action to protect your goods is highly advisable.
Goods Protection Limited temporarily purchases your goods or assets from you for a period of time specified by you. During the term of the contract Goods Protection Limited rents these goods back to you. At the end of the contract you purchase the goods back for the same price we paid you for them.
