Goods Protection Limited gives you the chance to regain control of your life by preventing the bailiff from seizing your belongings and selling them at a below the market value price in order to re-pay a debt. Goods Protection Limited is the only company offering this Rental Protection Service to the public.
Since January 2008, UK personal debt has risen to £1,449 billion. Houses are being repossessed at a rate of over 100 per day and somebody is being declared Bankrupt or Insolvent every 5 minutes. Figures released by Credit Action show that in the first half of 2008, debt enquiries to the Citizens Advice Bureaux in England and Wales have hit a record high, increasing by 20% in the last year.
